We are all SO in love with our new baby girl. She is a sweetie! She is a great cuddler, smells good, and has even given us a few random smiles. She is quickly melting our hearts and we feel so blessed to have her join our family. Asher is amazing with her, and I keep waiting for him to get jealous or at least bored with her. But he loves to hold her and kiss her just as much as we do. Every morning he walks into the room and says “Where’s Avery?”. He is always kissing her forehead and rubbing her nose. He has already taught her how to hold her binky in and he’s trying to teach her how to walk…that one might take a while. On our first day home from the hospital, I found myself nursing Avery while hiding in the bathtub playing hide-n-seek with Asher and I realized that life with baby #2 is going to be very different this time around.
