It’s hard to believe that Sarah and I have been together for 7 years. It seems like just yesterday that we were living in Denton going to UNT and getting to know one another. Today, we suedo-celebrated the 7 year anniversary of our first kiss by making a LONG overdue trip to Taco Cabana. Way back in ’99, there was no Taco Cabana in Denton, so Sarah and I would often make early morning trips (3am) to the nearest Taco C in Lewisville (about a 25min drive). We had great talks during those drives… Taco Cabana is the absolute BOMB! We get sides of rice, beans, queso, sour cream, guacamole, along with a dozen flour tortillas for only $9.50. Enough food for at least 4 people – leftovers are yum. I have a feeling we’ll be visiting Taco C a lot more often once our kid makes his or her triumphant arrival into this world.
